1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Each bag is handcrafted with love and attention to detail. Please allow 3–4 business days for processing. Once your bag is ready and quality-checked, it will be shipped directly to you. Shipping typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! I’m happy to provide free shipping on all orders within the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia. It’s a small way of saying thank you for supporting Caroline’s Bags.
3. Can I track my order?
Definitely. Once your bag ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey from my hands to yours.
4. What is your return policy?
Your happiness means the world to me. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return your bag within 14 days of receiving it—as long as it’s unused and in original packaging.

5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I do! I’m proud to send my bags worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your country. If you’re located outside the USA, feel free to reach out before ordering, and I’ll gladly provide more info.
6. How should I care for my leather bag?
Leather is a timeless material that only gets better with age. Here are a few tips to keep your bag looking its best:
- Condition: Apply a leather conditioner every few months.
- Storage: Keep your bag in a cool, dry place—out of direct sunlight.
- Cleaning: Gently wipe it with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners or soaking the leather.

8. What payment methods do you accept?
You can securely pay using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
9. Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or make changes, please reach out as soon as possible at support@caroline-bags.com. If your bag hasn’t been processed yet, I’ll do my best to help. Once it’s in production or has shipped, changes may not be possible.
