Your Satisfaction is Our Priority

At Caroline’s Bags, I take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every bag I create. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, I’m here to help.

Returns

Timeframe:
You have 14 days from the date your bag is delivered to initiate a return. After 14 days, unfortunately, I can’t offer a refund or exchange. Order cancellations are only valid within 1 hour of purchase.

Condition:
To be eligible for a return, the bag must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Process:
To initiate a return, please email support@caroline-bags.com with your order number and a short explanation of the reason for return. I will provide return instructions.
Please note that returns are not free, and items must be sent back directly to my fulfillment center in Asia.


Refunds

Inspection:
Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll send you an email confirming receipt and notifying you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

Processing:
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before the refund appears.
  3. Contact your bank—processing times can vary.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items:
I only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. If you need an exchange for the same item, email support@caroline-bags.com and I’ll help you through the process.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
